Please note, we receive hundreds of submissions for free individual case insights from the leading Canine Psychologist & Behaviourist, Sparky Smith. On receipt, we triage online submissions, prioritize referrals and most serious cases first. Due to demand, we are currently booking early summer for our programs.
When should you expect a response?
We are receiving higher than normal requests for help and our client roster is full. Please expect up to two-weeks to provide a response.
Should you call us directly?
We have a heavy case load and voicemails enquiries may take longer to respond to, and, in all cases, we will ask you to fill out a form online to allow us to prioritize care and understand the issue before we return your call.
How do we prioritize our responses? First, clearly committed caregivers who are in it to win it. Meaning are currently invested in time & energy to support their dog. Second, we look at the seriousness of the issues. For example, dog bites to animals/children/adults and rescue support. Third, referrals; Vets and Professional Colleagues. Fourth, odd behaviours unresolved through previous professional support efforts. Then, case by case and we do respond to each submission.
