April, 2022 - PivotalChange.ca is honoured to receive the Best Human-Centric Canine Psychologist (Ontario): Sparky Smith by LuxLife Magazine,  in the Pet Products and Services Awards 2022 season.

Sparky Smith, is the owner of PivotalChange.ca in Huntsville, Ontario, whose practice area includes Muskoka, Toronto, and Kitchener-Waterloo and Guelph. She specializes in cases of dog aggression, complex problematic behaviour and psychological disorders. PivotalChange.ca boasts an over 95% success rate in working with the most complex cases of persistent behaviour problems.
